Structural Integrity

AERCON AAC offers the stability and load-bearing capacity essential for multi-floor constructions. It is thus the perfect option for architects and engineers who want to construct buildings with exceptional structural integrity.

Regarding structural integrity, AERCON AAC is comparable to other common building materials such as concrete, brick, and stone.

AERCON AAC’s combination of strength, lightweight, and insulation properties make it an attractive option for a wide range of construction applications.

An advantage of AERCON AAC over other building materials is its lighter weight, making it easier to handle and transport. This is especially beneficial in seismic zones A or B. Heavy building materials can stress the foundation and increase the risk of structural damage during earthquakes or other natural disasters.

Floor Panels

There are many reasons for choosing autoclaved aerated concrete floor panels. Consider the low weight, for instance. This influences the size and weight of the foundation since a traditional floor weighs three times as much as its AERCON AAC counterpart. The AERCON AAC floor panels have superior sound and thermal characteristics inherent to the AERCON AAC material. Another distinct advantage of using AERCON floor panels is the speed of installation. A floor area of up to 40 sqft is easily installed with one crane lift utilizing a well-trained erection crew.

Floor panels are supplied on the basis of Strength Class AC4 and AC6. The maximum panel length is 19′-6″. The standard panel width is 2′-0″ . A nominal panel thickness of 6″, 8″, 10″ or 12″ is available depending on the loading and span requirements.

Roof Panels

An AERCON AAC roof panel system is the best solution to attain all of these characteristics to enhance further a building’s room climate, acoustic performance, and thermal performance. AERCON AAC roof panels can be installed on a slope or horizontally. The thermal effects, within the building, from the summer and winter temperatures are minimized. Similar to AERCON AAC floor panels and roof panels.
